The Kootenay Gallery is a public art gallery serving the entire West Kootenay Region where national and regional artists showcase their work. Workshops are offered for all ages to complement the calendar of exhibitions. The Gallery gift shop carries items created by local artists from every artistic medium from large-scale paintings to beautiful hand-crafted jewellery. The surrounding acreage is home to a beautiful xeriscape sculpture garden and the Castlegar Communities in Bloom butterfly garden.
